The building is situated on a slope, so the entrance to the apartment and its lower level can be considered the ground floor. However, on the other side of the building, there is a lower level, where a cozy regional restaurant is located. The lower level of the apartment features a spacious living room (with a TV, fireplace, dining table, and sofa bed), a kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower (also equipped with a washing machine). Upstairs, there are two additional double bedrooms. The apartment has a terrace with garden furniture and a direct view of the lake. Barbecuing facilities are available. Central heating and a fireplace are provided (wood is included in the price). Wireless internet is available. The well-maintained property includes secure parking, a sandbox, a swing, and a small shop selling basic supplies. A private area right on the lake, with a beach and gazebo, is also available for guests' use. Rowboats can be rented on site for an additional fee. The host, who lives on the same property, also runs a regional restaurant serving a wide range of dishes (the fish dishes are particularly praised by guests).
