The entrance is on rue de l'Arbre Sec, perpendicular to the most beautiful street in central Lyon, rue de la République. This small studio with poor insulation is typical Canut, warm and functional. It's ideal for 2 people.
## Logement
The studio is located on the 3rd floor without elevator (steep, narrow stairs) and is composed of a living room with a double bed, a bathroom and a nice lounge area to relax after an intense day. You will find beautiful exposed beams on the ceiling that make the studio very warm.
You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee machine and a kettle.
Please note that the apartment has poor sound insulation. You may therefore hear noise from the street or neighborhood. We advise light sleepers to bring earplugs.
