Summary: Pros: the property is clean, properly furnished and equipped with appliances. It has a very pleasant backyard with a table. Cons: The main issue with the house is the lack of thermo-isolation. We stayed at the end of may and the temperature was slightly above average. Two of the three bedrooms are on the upper floor and it was terribly hot there even in the evening. On the contrary - the third bedroom is the basement and it was very cold. Anyway, I would not recommend to stay in the house during May-September, when the whether can be considerably hot. The next issue is the backyard: it is surrounded by neighboring houses and backyards. The distance between them is just a couple of meters, so it is not for those, who needs privacy.
