The main living area is located on the ground floor. There is a spacious, fully fitted kitchen with dining area and lounge, together with a useful shower room. There is also a spacious furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying relaxing hours under the shade. The 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. All beautifully decorated, airy and inviting, they are respectively 2 doubles and 1 twin. Terraces provide nice views over the town and the mountains. A family bathroom with shower is also located on this floor. The upper floor is occupied by the most amazing spot of this house: a panoramic terrace with barbecue offering breathtaking views over the Tramuntana mountains and the sparkling blue sea: a truly unique feature for a village house of this kind.
