House which is over 140 years old and has recently been restored and opened in May 2017 with all its reconstructed interiors. Ideally located so you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity, without renouncing everything that makes life easier, supermarkets, shopping centers and public transport, underground and commuter trains for those who do not wish to take the car to the city centre.
A 5-minute drive from the nearest beach of fine sand, ideal starting point to enjoy intensively Valencia and its charms its culture: the city of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanográfico, the BioParc one of the best in Europe, its monuments, its museums, its theatres, its Palace of music, The opera. Not to mention the port of Valencia, the trade fair and last but not least, The Formula 1 racing track in Cheste, and different opportunities offered of being near Valencia but with the comfort of being right in the countryside.
