Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We were in the "Elizabeth" room and it was so beautiful. High ceilings with large windows into the courtyard, and lots of old style charm we thoroughly enjoyed (a real novelty for north americans). The location is fantastic being close to the Altstadt (old town) and walking distance to Schloss Heidelberg. There didn't appear to be staff or reception of any kind on site, but to be honest, we didn't need them. The communication was proactive and very timely, and the instructions provided were simple and straightforward. We had no issues securing a parking spot in their parking area or getting into the building and our room. Would highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in Heidelberg and explore altstadt by foot, or the city in general.
