The second and third bedrooms are equipped with double beds and share a bathroom with bathtub. The toilet is located in a separate room adjacent to the bathroom.
Adjacent to the villa we have a flat with a separate entrance which can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a bedroom and a space for two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Air conditioning and heating in the main house while the flat, which is cooler, is equipped with fans.
On the kitchen level we have a superb shaded terrace with outdoor kitchen, fridge, bar, sink and large gas barbecue, as well as a fabulous pizza oven. There is a large table for 6 people and a smaller table for 4, making it a perfect place to dine.
The garden areas are spectacular, a tropical garden with beautiful trees and a swimming pool of about 10 by 5 metres. This beautiful pool has steps for access to the water, making it perfect for young children. Sun loungers around the pool.
Accessible from the gardens and the master bedroom, there is another cool and shaded terrace with comfortable sofas and chairs for relaxing moments.
For golf fanatics, there is a putting green at the back of the house.
Cristo beach is 600 metres from the villa and the marina is less than a kilometre away. There are two supermarkets less than 800 metres away and many shops in the vicinity of the Marina. The seaside promenade starts at the Marina and you can easily reach the town centre.
