Located within 10 minutes’ walk of Soller’s main square and conveniently placed for the beach at Port Soller ( 10 mins’ drive), the stunning villages of Fornalutx ( 10 mins’ drive) and Deia ( 20 mins’ drive) and 40 minutes’ drive from Palma and the airport, this traditional 4 storey Soller townhouse is a great place to spend your holiday, whether you are a family looking for some time in the sun or a group of friends keen on walking/cycling.
Fully air conditioned and stylishly refurbished, whilst retaining many traditional character features( hand-made art nouveau tiles and wooden beams), the house also has a stunning rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the Unesco listed Tramuntana mountains.
You enter the house from a quiet street, with plenty of parking available just around the corner. On the ground floor there are 2 comfortable sitting rooms including a satellite TV with a huge range of channels. There are 2 small ground floor patios perfect for breakfast or morning coffee.
The dining room and kitchen are perfect for a family or group of friends and provide a wide range of kitchen equipment as well as seating for 8/10 people. In the basement there is a range of games and table football.
On the first floor there is a master suite with double room and en-suite bathroom. There are 2 further bedrooms: a twin and a large room with 2 queen sized beds that can be used as a double or split if preferred. Off the large bedroom there is a small bedroom perfect for a child, it contains a single bed settee.
On the second floor there is a beautiful bathroom with walk in shower and Jacuzzi bath, a fully equipped utility room with washer and tumble dryer and a further comfortable sitting room with tv and dvd player. The crowning glory though is the spacious rooftop terrace. It has 4 sun-loungers, sun umbrella and a shaded seating area, perfect to while away the day or for drinks before dinner watching the sun set over the Tramuntana mountains.

Round the corner there is the local farmers’ Cooperative where you can buy a range of food and also olive oil pressed on site and local wines from the barrel.
