Unser stattlicher Bauernhof mit Kühen die auf unseren Weiden in unmittelbarer Nähe zu der Ferienwohnung grasen, Hühnern, Schweine und Katzen liegt am Ortsrand von Biburg.Eine Schaukel mit Rutsche, ein Trampolin mit Netz, sowie ein Grill und Sitzgelegenheiten sowie Liegestühle im Garten sind für beide Ferienwohnungen benutzbar. Ein Bolzplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein im Dachgeschoss eingerichteter Freizeitraum mit Kicker, Leseecke, Tischtennisplatte und vielen weiteren Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für groß und klein. Die Ferienwohnung und der Freizeitraum befinden sich im allein stehenden ehemaligen Austragshaus von 1890. Die neu ausgebaute Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist komplett barrierefrei. Diese verfügt über zwei Schlafräume für insgesamt 4 Personen, einer Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd und Ofen sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. TV und Stereoanlage sind im Wohn- und Essbereich zu finden. Vom Wohn- und Essbereich aus kann man die Terrasse (auch barrierefrei) erreichen. Der Freizeitraum im Dachgeschoss darf mitbenutzt werden, dieser ist allerdings nicht barrierefrei erreichbar.
