Through the door at the back of the kitchen, you have access to a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and sink. Next, you access a partially covered outdoor patio with a lounge area through a door. A wood and steel staircase leads to the third and final bedroom. This independent room with a private balcony includes a 140x190 cm bed, an office area, and a bathroom with an integrated toilet. On the same level, there is a large (unheated) 43 m² room, perfect for relaxing or simply reading. Electric heating. Upon arrival, beds are made, towels and utilities are included, and four adult bicycles are available for your use. This cottage is ideally located for exploring the Col du Grand Colombier, a road pass at an altitude of 1,498 m, and the must-see cycling destinations.
