Positive: Excellent location a few minutes walk through nice woodland to the beautiful bay of cala galdana. The apartment has 2 good bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room as well as the 3 bedrooms and a large outside patio area. There was only 2 of us so it was great to have a bathroom each! Nice swimming pool. The owner, Sebastian was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Very good value for money. Would definitely like to come again.

Negative: Only small problem was that the address given on booking.com was not the correct address, which was a bit confusing. But Sebastian the owner, was available on the phone to give the correct info. We were 2 adults so it was fine, but there are some steep steps going down from the apartment to the beach and also up to the road, the steps could be difficult for small children or elderly people.

Summary: Excellent location and very spacious well equipped apartment with good views.
