Inside, there are 3 bedrooms with plenty of light. The main bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third has 2 single beds. In total, there are 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), a very bright living room with a 42" flat TFT screen with home cinema, TV and free Wi-Fi, a new kitchen with a fully equipped Nespresso coffee machine, balcony-terrace with views of Alcudia, the mountains and Alcudia bay.The apartment is located on the largest beach in Mallorca (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accessible from the beach path. You will find all kinds of sports activities such as windsurfing, paddle surfing, sailing, glass-bottom boats, diving..., restaurants, cafés, boutiques... and for children there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.The sports marina of Puerto Alcudia is just 200 metres away. There you can take a pleasant walk seeing small traditional fishing boats and modern luxury yachts. There is also a craft market set up every night, and some very good restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby you will find Alcanada beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the north of Mallorca.There are also historical buildings such as the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theatre, the medieval walls of the city of Alcudia.If you are a nature enthusiast, the largest natural park in Mallorca, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta, is located a few kilometres away.
