This cosy semi-detached house in Deutsch Evern (21407) is located about 7km south of the medieval salt and coastal city Lüneburg. The bright, non-smoking apartment is stylishly furnished and equipped with various additional extras.
The village of Deutsch Evern lies approximately 60km south of the metropolis of Hamburg, in the northeastern part of Lower Saxony.
The nearby Elbufer-Drawehn & Lüneburger Heide nature parks make a great starting point for lots of other different activities in the local area. In the village itself, you will have no problem finding everything for your daily needs and much more.

The bungalow-styled apartment (ground floor, no sloping roofs) consists of two residential units, the right hand side of which is permanently inhabited.
The left side, completely renovated and refurbished in February 2013, consists of a living room with adjoining dining room, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms and is available for short-term rentals.
The bright and light living room has a large sofa (which can provide sleeping space for an extra two people), a cosy armchair, 3D TV with satellite channels as well as a DVD/Blu-Ray/Stereo player.
The dining room, fitted with a hatch to the kitchen, can easily accommodate six people. In the kitchen itself, you will find a stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and various other kitchen appliances.
The modern bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower, sink, large light-up mirror and hair dryer. Towels and bath towels are included in the price!
The main bedroom has a double bed at an easy-to-reach height and is measured at 180 x 200. The other two bedrooms each have a single bed with a good mattress, measured at 100 x 200 and 90 x 200. Bed linen is also included in the rental price!
During the cold season, a towel radiator and heated floor is available for use in the bathroom.
All prices include the cleaning of the apartment after the tenancy. For extended stays, we ask that the changing of sheets and towels is made at least every week!
There is access to a large, covered 12 m² south-facing terrace, upon which smoking is permitted.
The on-site car parking space can be used for free.
The cot available for use is in fact a travel cot, for which bedding is not provided.
Free internet access is available from a local hotspot for all KabelDeutschland customers.
Prices for electricity, water, heating, towels, linen and final clean are included in the price.
