The holiday home built in 2011, was renovated in 2024 and is furnished in a functional style. Also due to the view over woods from the property and its quiet location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. Available for use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Overlooking the garden and woods. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport and on the property.
