Treat yourself to peace and relaxation in our modern furnished bungalow and enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea.
The bungalow is located within the holiday residence Fehmarnstrand near Staberdorf in the second row to the water, i. approx. 40 m from a natural beach in the south. You have a direct view to the Baltic Sea from the Bungalow. On a campsite, which is about 500 meters away, you can buy (in the months April to September) fresh rolls, newspaper etc. All other purchases are possible in a small village about 5 km away.
The bungalow and the surrounding area are perfect for a relaxing holiday with a good combination of peace and variety. Families with children will appreciate the beach and especially the relatively shallow water. Even athletes will get their money's worth. In the immediate vicinity there are beautiful hiking trails, skate and bicycle trails, as well as a good surf, kite and sailing revier.
The homely, light and comfortable bungalow offers a comfortable equipment, which makes a nice and relaxing holiday possible. In 2016 we completely renovated the bathroom. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and many cooking utensils. The stove also radiates a special comfort on a few colder days. For a restful sleep not only the cold foam mattresses and adjustable slats, but also the direct view of the Baltic Sea. Other equipment: washing machine, digital TV with flat screen TV, DVD player, radio with cd and ipod connection as well as telephone. If you enjoy reading books you will be glad about appr. 40 well selected books. In the children's room is a foldable (changing) table, where also smaller office work can be done.
The approx. 30 m² large tropical terrace is oriented to the south and offers partial direct view of the Baltic Sea. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee with a view of the sea or end the day with a glass of red wine with a view of the Baltic Sea. The bungalow is surrounded by about 250 m² of well-kept garden. Teak wood garden furniture, two cozy sunbeds, a large parasol as well as a charcoal grill incl. Sports equipment can be placed in a separate shed.
Peds are not allowed. This is a non-Smoking house.
