Our beautiful thatched holiday home on approx. 1000 sqm of land was completed in December 2017. It is located in the fishing village, a well-kept holiday home complex, in the middle of a nature reserve, right on the Szczecin Lagoon. On a living space of approx. 82 m2, the lovingly furnished house has an open, spacious living / dining area with a TV corner and fireplace (gas), a kitchen area with high-quality electrical appliances (stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer combination), 2 bathrooms with shower, sauna (with coin machine), 2 bedrooms (one room with double bed 180 x 200 and TV and one room with separate beds 90 x 200). All rooms have underfloor heating. The house has a beautiful sun terrace with a grill, a beach chair and comfortable seating. Two parking spaces are located directly at the house. A lockable garden shed offers space for your bicycles. The house is equipped with free WiFi connection.
From the holiday home you have the opportunity for many varied cycling and hiking tours. There are two golf clubs in the immediate vicinity. It is only a few kilometers to Europe's longest beach promenade in the three imperial baths of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin. The bathing beach on the Szczecin Lagoon is located in the nearby romantic Kamminke with a small fishing harbor and popular restaurants.
