Apartment Albert is located on the 1st floor of the building, you can access going upstairs.
Its arrengement is as follows:
-linving / dinning room with air conditioning
-kitchen
-bathroom with shower
-one bedroom with one double bed and one single. Both beds are in the same bedroom and they are separated by a mosquito curtain.

People on the property:
· The house is rented complete for the exclusive use of the guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property data, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation and there can be no more people staying / visiting the property at the same time.
Check in:
· The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

- Option of direct delivery of keys at the accommodation. This must be requested 48 hours before the day of check-in. Cost for direct entry: 20 euros

Late arrival option from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: Price €50 per reservation (payment on arrival)
Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival)
· Option outside check-in hours with a safety box in the office at no cost.
·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.
·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.
- IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: rate according to locksmith, to be paid on site to the technician
Reglas:
· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
If neighbors complain or call the police, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must vacate the property immediately.
· In this property pets are welcome.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
- It is prohibited to light candles or any other objects that could cause a fire in the home.
