Alcalá Street, just a few metres from the apartment, is not only the longest avenue in Madrid but is also full of life and features local shops and stores of very popular brands.

Thanks to its good connection, one can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reaching Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina, and other strategic places in Madrid in just minutes and in a direct line. Located on the ground floor of the building, the 34 square meter apartment with capacity for 3 people is distributed in a bedroom, living room, a spectacular terrace and a complete bathroom with a shower.
The living room is very cosy and is composed of a dining area with the kitchen and a rest area with two comfortable individual sofa beds and a SmartTV that will allow you to connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and other accounts. The living room is also very bright thanks to its wide wall-to-wall window. The modern kitchen has everything necessary to play with culinary fantasy. The bedroom space is very well used, it has a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe and direct access to the splendid and spacious terrace where you can enjoy the good weather of Madrid.
