Due to the final location on the outskirts of the village, only the neighbor or occasionally agricultural equipment drives by here. Your active leisure activities whether hiking or cycling you can start directly from the house. To Prüm or known bike and hiking trails you can get away from the traffic on field and meadow paths. Your bicycles, motorcycles or other leisure equipment can be stored dry in the garage belonging to the house when not in use. In addition to the lockable garage parking space, the house has two other car parking spaces on its own property. In case of bad weather you can enjoy the evenings in the spacious interior of the house together playing board games, reading or just watching TV.
