With a private terrace overlooking the inner courtyard and a unique décor inspired by Catalan Rumba, this space is more than just accommodation—it's a cultural experience that immerses you in the rhythm and soul of the city.
The location couldn't be better. In just 15 minutes by metro you can reach Plaça Catalunya, and with a pleasant 20-minute walk you'll arrive at the majestic Sagrada Familia. From here, you'll have the perfect base to explore Barcelona, whether strolling through the charming streets of Gràcia or enjoying the city's main attractions.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable double bed, a 22" TV, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare simple home meals, including a small fridge. Please note that there is no oven, though the space is ideal for cozy breakfasts or light dinners. The bathroom is fully equipped, offering a functional space to refresh and unwind after a day of exploring.
What makes this apartment truly unique is its rooftop terrace: the perfect spot to start your morning with a coffee under the sun or to relax while discovering the story of Catalan Rumba through posters, decorative silhouettes, and QR codes linking you to authentic recordings. A drying rack is also available for your convenience.
We know how important it is to stay connected, whether for work or leisure, which is why we provide fast WiFi. Families traveling with small children can also request a crib to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Our team is always available via chat or phone to assist with recommendations, questions, or any needs during your stay.
Please note that the apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator, and construction work is taking place on the building's stairs until mid-April. The price has been adjusted accordingly.
Out of respect for the community, we kindly ask our guests to follow building rules: no check-ins after 9 PM, no terrace use after that hour, and quiet time between 9 PM and 9 AM. The apartment accommodates a maximum of two guests, and no additional visitors are allowed.
Stay Unique is committed to our owners that their flats are protected during bookings. For that reason, we require all of our guests to pay a €300 damage deposit fee. However as an alternative, we can offer you the option to waive this payment by purchasing a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver for €25 which will cover your liability for up to €300 of property damage during your stay. Also, please note the damage deposit is subject to a €10 administration fee which would be deducted from your chosen payment method.

In accordance with Community rules, and seeking good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your party must be over 40 years old to stay in this apartment.
No Smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.
No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.
Municipal Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, before your arrival at the apartment. Please note that this may vary depending on the current year.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information before your arrival.

The damage deposit of €300 will be released 24-48 hours after departure, unless we have been notified of potential property damage, in which case we reserve the right to retain the deposit until an investigation into Property Damage has been completed. Please kindly note that although the refund will typically show in your account after 3-5 days, this is dependent on your banking provider and can take up to 10 working days. Also,please note the damage deposit is subject to a €10 administration fee which would be deducted from your chosen payment method. We also give you the option to purchase a €25 Damage Waiver non-refundable fee in relation to your booking that covers the cost of making good any unintentional loss or damage to the selected property up to the stated amount. Criminal, malicious or wilful damage, and damage caused by pets, will not be covered by the Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver.
