All the rooms are air-conditioned with air-conditioning and heat pumps, there are ceiling fans in all the rooms of the house and conventional radiators. There is WiFi throughout the house. In total there are eight sleeping places.
It has very good communications through the C-32 and the AP-7 which allows you to easily visit Barcelona, Tarragona, Sitges and the famous theme park: Port Aventura. There are golf courses nearby and a water park for the delight of the youngest members of the family (Aqua Leon Safari).
