Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. It is free and easy to find a parking space in the streets surrounding the house.
The nearest beach is only 10 minutes away by car. The journey from Palma takes about 40 minutes.
Decorated with rustic furniture. The house has a total of 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom (with shower).
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and a good sized bathroom with a large shower. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and also in the living / dining room for your comfort.
On the second floor you will find a laundry area and a sunny terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The dining area of the terrace is covered with an awning.
