Nature lovers and stressed city dwellers will find peace and quiet here even in the high season and can explore the densely wooded region by bike or on the water. The harbour town of Ueckermünde with its fine sandy beach and zoo is only approx. 8 km away and the border with neighbouring Poland is approx. 20 km away.
