The 80m2 2.5 room apartment is furnished with handmade furniture in an industrial look. You will find a number of extras that far exceed the standards of normal vacation apartments.
The fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, refrigerator, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery has everything you need for cooking. A large dining table provides ample space for socializing.
To make you feel at home, you will find real plants, books and a lot of attention to detail. In the bedroom you will find a 1.60m wide bed for two, a fancy closet and a desk for when you need to do some work. The living room offers space for up to four more guests with a second 1.60m wide bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed. There is also storage space for clothes here. In both rooms you will find a Smart-TV with NETFLIX account for relaxing evenings.
In the bright daylight bathroom there is a large bathtub, in which thanks to a beautiful shower curtain you can also shower comfortably. The simple design is complemented by selected decoration. Here you will find everything you need: a hairdryer, towels, shower gel and shampoo. The toilet is located in a separate room.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a great old building and can be reached by elevator or stairs (NOT handicapped accessible!). The check-in works thanks to Smart Home System very simply by entering a PIN code at the apartment door.
The connection to the public transport is ideal. Directly in front of the door is the stop "Wilhelm-Liebknecht-Platz" where various streetcar lines depart. You can also walk to the main station in only 5 minutes, where you can take further train connections to any part of the city. The city center can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
NOTE: Please note that it can be a bit noisy in the apartment due to its central location! The streetcar runs right outside the front door and you can hear that.
PARKING: Due to the central location there is no free parking in the vicinity of the apartment. I recommend the "Parkhaus Promenaden West" at the main station. From there it is about 5 minutes walk to the apartment, a day ticket costs only 5€. There is also a small (relatively expensive) parking lot right next to the house. However, this is free of charge at night between 6 pm and 9 am and all day on Sundays.
