This well-equipped property has a heated saltwater pool of 5m x 3m with a maximum depth of 1.8m, carefully equipped to provide you with maximum comfort. Conil enjoys excellent connectivity with the island's main attractions, such as visits to volcanoes, vineyards, wineries and pristine beaches. It's an ideal place to relax, recharge and conveniently access all your needs in the nearby town of Tías.
We offer four bicycles free of charge for our guests and have a Wi-Fi connection, making it perfect for working remotely or staying connected while enjoying your stay.

The property is spread over two floors and has two bedrooms. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a safe, a terrace with views and a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, magnifying mirror and high-quality amenities (gel-shampoo and moisturizer dispensers). In addition, there is an additional terrace with views of the sea and volcanoes. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and offers two single beds, access to the terrace and a second bathroom with the same amenities as the previous one. The living room includes a Smart-SAT TV with a 46" screen, a sofa bed, a kitchen-dining area, a heated saltwater pool, a spacious garden with barbecue area and a sunny solarium furnished with sun loungers and terrace furniture.
The daily price is based on 2 people, if there are more people you should update your reservation as there are different prices depending on the number of guests.
Conil is located in the center of the island, providing excellent connectivity to its main attractions, such as La Geria, Timanfaya National Park, Famara and shopping areas, all within 10 minutes by car. The area is known for its tranquility, with most residents being long-term residents. Being in the heart of the island allows you to perfectly combine rest with exploration.

Self-Service Property: As a self-service villa, once the initial supplies are used, they will not be replenished during your stay. For hygiene and safety reasons, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper are not provided, and no cleaning products are left on the property. However, basic cleaning tools (broom, duster, mop, and bucket) are available for you to use.
Extra Guest Policy: The indicated nightly rate is for 1 or 2 guests. Any additional guest over 3 years old will incur a night charge and must be included in the reservation.
Check-in Process: After making the reservation, you will be asked to complete a mandatory online check-in. Once finished, you will receive our digital guide, full of local recommendations and useful information to make the most of your stay at Casa Sur.
