Do you want to get together with family or friends? So you have come to the right door in Drôme in the region of Dieulefit-Bourdeaux, 2km from the small village of Vesc! Nine's house is an old 18th century barn completely redesigned and renovated into a unique and exceptional contemporary family home. While retaining its rustic and authentic character, Sophie's ambitious and modern restoration now allows you to accommodate up to 8 people in 4 rooms. We love: the beautiful, tastefully renovated house, the shade of the lime tree, the stream just waiting to be tickled, the all-inclusive service, the beds made on arrival, the calm and proximity to nature! In the village: Sunday morning market and starred restaurant. At La Paillette (5km) bakery/grocery store/restaurant/newspapers, swimming pool 10km (Bourdeaux and Dieulefit), hiking trails departing from the gîte.
Nine's house is arranged as follows: on the ground floor the entrance opens onto the kitchen, the 60m² living room opens onto the terrace, a corridor (1 step) leads to 1 bedroom (140x190), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. On the 1st floor, in 2 distinct parts: on one side (13-step staircase) 1 family bedroom with mezzanine (160x200, 90x190 only for extra use and for children); on the other side (13-step staircase) a corridor leads to 1 bedroom (160cm convertible sofa, desk, door opening onto the terrace), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom of 20m² (160x200). Just for you: shaded terrace, parking, semi-enclosed courtyard with gate. The thickness of the walls and the altitude allow you to enjoy the freshness that is very appreciated in summer. Our 4-legged friends are happily allowed, we ask that the excrement be collected by the owners. Respecting this rule will allow you to have a good vacation with respect for everyone.
