This comfortable and spacious chalet comes with all the practicality and convenience you would expect from a modern family, pets friendly home in the mountains.
It has spectacular views of the valley and mountains on all sides, and is a perfectly situated for exploring both Lake Annecy and the Aravis/Tournette mountains.
Mountain style and modern convenience blend seamlessly at Les Roses des Alpes, where personal touches make this a real home from home.
There is a second balcony on the ground floor, ideal for sunny breakfasts, and a large South-facing terrace with jacuzzi leading on to a large flat garden and a lovely pétanque course.
When it's cold outside, the best place to be is gathered around the log fire, though hardier types can always grab a blanket and a glass of mulled wine and enjoy star-gazing from the terrace.

Please note the owners live in the apartment in the basement of the chalet, with their young dog Siena (Italian Spinone). The apartment has its own independent access. Although we accept dogs at the property, pets must not be left on their own at the chalet to avoid any damage, without prior consent from the owner. Thank you for your understanding. Cats are not welcome at the property. There is a stream that runs through the garden, which is generally dry in the summer months. IMPORTANT : please note that parties are forbidden at this property
