The Villa Essence sits just on the brow of the hills on the south side of the island in the peaceful village of Conil. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a television, a washing machine and portable heaters and fans in each of the bedrooms.
This property features a private garden with a heated pool and a jacuzzi. There is also both a covered and an open private terrace with seating furniture where guests can relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy the view. There is even a grill for cooking delicious meals outside!
Thanks to the convenient location of the villa, all the essentials are just a short walk or drive away. The nearest restaurant is 6 minutes away on foot (491 m) and the nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away (350 m). The stunning Playa Chica is just 12 minutes away by car (6.9 km). Lanzarote airport is 8 minutes away by car (8.3 km), so the holiday can start as soon as you land.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Guests have access to the villa, apart from the owner's personal storage area (outside the dining room). Access to the bike store is available on request for those bringing their own bikes to the island. Please note that the bike store has CCTV monitoring in order to provide additional security for guests' bikes and equipment. The pool is solar/electric heated and there is no extra charge. Guests do not need to request heating unless they require additional heating for some reason eg medical. The pool is normally set to 28C maximum.
