The Cocoonr agency offers you L'Atelier de Pierre, a canut-style apartment located in the must-see Croix Rousse district. On the 1st floor, accessible by stairs or elevator. Exposed stone walls, French beams, a very welcoming ground floor space, a large mezzanine with two bedrooms, and an office space. The ideal place to settle in with your family and discover our beautiful city of gastronomy.
The apartment is laid out as follows:
- An entrance hall leading to a beautiful living room with high ceilings. A dining area with a table, six very comfortable chairs, and beautiful pendant lights. A living room area with two sofas, perfect for watching TV and relaxing. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a gas stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, kettle, and toaster.
- A separate toilet.
- On the ground floor, there is a first bedroom with a 65" x 80" bed.
- The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a large sink, multiple storage cupboards, and a washing machine.
- The mezzanine area is accessible via a spiral staircase.
- It has two additional bedrooms with double beds (140x200 cm), futon beds, and an office area in the central section.
- Please note that the ceiling height on the mezzanine is 1.80 m.
The apartment is bathed in light thanks to large windows in the living room and overlooks an interior courtyard. A chic bohemian decor, a quiet place in the heart of the city.
The neighborhood:
- Located between the Saône and Rhône rivers, in the northern extension (upstream) of the Presqu'île, Croix-Rousse is one of the two hills overlooking Lyon (the other being Fourvière Hill), rising to a height of 250 meters.
- There are many shops in this neighborhood: restaurants, bars, delicatessens, butchers, charcuteries, bakeries, pastry shops, florists, concept stores, beauty salons, clothing stores... No need to go far, everything is within walking distance.
Transportation:
- Metro line C: Croix-Rousse takes you to the Hôtel de Ville metro station (Line A)
- Bus lines: 38 -40-45--C13
- By car: the Gros Cailloux LPA car park is a two-minute walk away.
- The nearest train station: Part-Dieu with the C13 direct in 40 minutes or by line 38
- Airport: Lyon Saint-Exupery, 30 minutes from Part-Dieu station by Rhône Express
L'Atelier de Pierre is located 5 minutes from the Croix-Rousse metro stop and the Jardin du Gros Cailloux. You can reach the city center quickly by metro.
Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).
L'Atelier de Pierre is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Lyon and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will show you around the apartment, explain how everything works, and give you the keys.
Other remarks:
- High-quality sheets, towels, rugs, and dish towels are provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). However, please note that a meter reading may be taken upon arrival and departure.
An inventory may also be carried out upon arrival and departure.
In order to comply with the law, your reservation will require the signing of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need some additional information (ID card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without a valid contract, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.
To get your stay off to a good start, we provide you with a few Nespresso coffee pods and some tea and herbal tea bags, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, mints, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
