The rented part occupies the first floor of the villa. On the ground floor, at pool level, there is only a 30 m² laundry room, equipped with iron, ironing board, washing machine and dryer.
The house has a bright living-dining room, equipped with cozy sofas, an 8-seater dining table and a pellet stove. Right next door is the independent kitchen, characterized by wooden furniture and modern appliances, which allow you to cook the most delicious dishes. In any case, the icing on the cake is represented by the three bedrooms of the houses, which will guarantee you regenerating dreams.
The master bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a single bed, also has a large built-in wardrobe, an armchair and a wonderful private bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Another bedroom has three single beds, while in the third bedroom, you will find a bunk bed and a single bed. Finally, a second bathroom with a shower is available in the accommodation.
The bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning, while the bathrooms have underfloor heating.
