10 minutes walking from the house the extensive beach of fine sand and crystal clear water will make the whole family fall in love with the turquoise sea. The area of Playa de Muro is ideal for family vacations since it has a great gastronomic offer, supermarkets and leisure options for children and adults. There are direct bus connections with Palma de Mallorca airport and with the whole north coast of the island. In the low season it is the perfect time to enjoy cycling or hiking routes in S'Albufera natural park. The town of Alcúdia has its weekly market on Tuesday and Sunday mornings, where you can not only buy local crafts and fresh local products, but also walk around the old town and enjoy the panoramic views of the city from the top of the medieval Roman wall.
The terrace overlooking the private chlorine pool of 7 x 3 meters and a depth of 1.20 x 1.9 meters is the favourite part of the house of our guests, where they can choose between six beach chairs or a Balinese bed to lie in the sun. Why not a barbecue with friends under the porch? Inside, the bright living-dining room invites you to enjoy a good book on either of the two comfortable sofas or watch a movie with the family on the satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and all the necessary elements for cooking during your holidays. Three rooms with air conditioning invite you to dream. The first one has a double bed and wardrobe. The next one has two single beds and a coat rack, and the last one has two single beds and a wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and another one with a shower. Washing machine, iron/ironing board, cot and highchair complete the equipment.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years.
