Summary: The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, the condition of the carpets in the room and even in the hallway was extremely disappointing. The smell coming from the carpet was awful and very strong, almost like it had not been replaced or properly cleaned for many years. The odor was so bad that it triggered a severe migraine, and I was unable to sleep the whole night. As someone who is asthmatic, I also found the dusty environment and smell very uncomfortable and unhealthy for my chest. The carpets really need to be changed or deeply cleaned because the smell throughout the hallway and room was overwhelming. Unfortunately, this completely affected the quality of my stay despite the good service from the staff.
