The Space:
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 room with a double bed and 1 room with two single beds) both rooms are very equipped and have large built-in wardrobes to store all the luggage perfectly. It is perfect for a maximum of 5 people, because the sofa is convertible into a sofa bed for one more person.
The bathroom, completely new, is perfect, large, beautiful and very comfortable for two people to be there at the same time without disturbing each other.
The kitchen is new, equipped and very nice. The appliances are of quality, it is the perfect place to prepare a wonderful dinner. The apartment has a total of 75 m².
It is very bright, the sun enters through the large living room window illuminating the entire room. You will not be hot, there is air conditioning in all rooms, in winter you will not be cold, since it also has heating.
The wifi connection is very good. The building has an elevator.
The apartment is located in the Triana-Los Remedios area. Very central and close to all the interesting places you will want to visit. In the surroundings there are all kinds of shops, where you can do all the shopping you need to do, there are also many restaurants, places where you can eat typical Andalusian food and where you can taste tapas.
We do not accept groups of young people in which there are children under 25 years of age. The minimum age of the group must be 25 years for all the people who are going to stay
We do not accept guests who come to celebrate bachelor parties
Parties and events are totally prohibited. Failure to respect our regulations, making noise at night, will result in eviction from the apartment and loss of the deposit.
