The location of the property is fantastic; it is surrounded by nature with very few neighbours and is very close to the virgin beaches of Biniparratx, Binidalí and Binisafuller. The house is all on one level with a sea view roof terrace. The layout includes a total of 4 double bedrooms, two with double beds and two with pull-out beds, there are 3 bathrooms all with showers, living room and kitchen. One of the bedroomshas an independent access.All the bedrooms have conditioning, 2 of them also have ceiling fans.
The absolute highlights of this villa are its big terrace furnished with a large sofa and dining table that is right in front of a spectacular Mediterranean swimming pool and at the entrance to the house is pergola with a lovely chill-out area. Both great places to hang out with family and friends.
For those that love the sea, there is a wild path near to the house that leads to a bathing area, close to the virgin cove of Biniparratx as well as many other areas with rocky access to the crystalline waters.
