Aquapark & lake Lipno with beach and Ski-areal Lipno is located only 350-500m from the house.
What to do in Lipno:
In winter:
Enjoy the winter fun at the 13,3km long skiing slopes - with the ski lifts near by the house (350m from the house). With the latest artificial snow system, you will always find snow at the Ski-areal Lipno.
Never tried ski in your life? - perfect opportunity for beginners (ski and snowboard school; Fox-park for children).
For cross country: 36 km of skiing tracks. When the lake is frozen you can ice skate (for hire) or walk across the lake. You can even kite ski around on the frozen lake.
In Summer:
Play golf on the resorts golf course, raft down the VLTAVA river for a few hours or a whole day. Bike ride around the lake or in the forest. Go for a swim in the lake or local swimming pool that also offers paddling pool for children, sauna and whirlpool (Aquaworld - 500m). You can even bob-sleight (500 m from the house).
Hire a boat and go for a sail, go fishing or work on that sun tan on the beach by the lake or raft down the river Vltava from Vyzsi Brod to Cesky Krumlov....and beyond.
With loads more to do Lipno in winter or summer you will never get bored!

The capital of the South Bohemia region Ceske Budejovice with the famous BUDVAR brewery and romantic castle of Hluboká nad Vltavou are also definitely worth to see - only 55 min by car from Lipno.

For nature lovers: Boubín Virgin Forest
In this national natural reservation you will find the survival of the original deep forests of Šumava, up to 400 years old. In the neighbourhood there is a lake where begins the educational trail 'Boubínský prales', which is approximately 4km long.
