House of 130 m2 on 650m2 of land with swimming pool, located 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Aresquiers and 25 minutes from Sète and Montpellier.
On simple request we will make a price on the three consecutive weeks.
The accommodation comprises a large dining room / kitchen, two bedrooms for children, a master suite with a king-size bed with excellent bedding, a space with a double bed (on the ground floor), 2 bathrooms. water.
A home theater video projector. (screen about 2.3m by 1.3). Remember to take dvd, you will be like in the cinema!
Travelers will have access to all rooms except a third bathroom and garage. (There are parking spaces in front of the house.)
This house is ideal to protect children thanks to the electric roller shutter of the swimming pool which can be closed and opened regularly. It's really effective protection. The pool is 8 par4.
In the pool there is a bench with massage jets on which you can sit while sunbathing!
We have also installed a double pergola on the terrace this year to enjoy the shade on the loungers if you wish (the sunscreen can be folded in 3 seconds).

Very very quiet area with village 5 minutes walk (bakery, butcher, supermarket, fruit and vegetable shop, restaurant.)
Really, the bakery (which also sells pizzas on order) and the butcher shop are excellent and famous in the surrounding villages.
