Summary: Very disappointed that I couldn’t do a business board call in my room because of very poor WiFi . I did get a private room for 90 minutes but then I had to leave it as it was booked for something else and go to a lounge bar area with other guests were there talking & walking around , I moved to dining room but again staff moving around . Very bad for a 5 star which I never experienced before.
