The villa is built on a plot of 646 m2, has 2 floors and has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a lounge area with sofas and flat screen TV, a porch with dining room and a private garden with swimming pool. The villa is tastefully decorated and fully equipped, it also has a wide variety of terrace and garden furniture to enjoy your vacation.
On the ground floor there is a bright dining room and living room connected to the kitchen, both with direct access to the terrace and garden area. A bedroom with a double bed of 135*190cm and a bathroom with a shower. The laundry area is located in the basement. From the living room there is direct access to the porch, garden and pool (8 x 4 m2). On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, two of them with single beds of 90x190cm and another with a double bed of 150*190cm and with an en-suite bathroom. One of the rooms has a small balcony and the other two have access to a large terrace where you can enjoy the views and the tranquility of the area.
