Villa Bugenvilla (approx. 200m²) is located in the luxury urbanisation Lo Cea in Rincon de la Victoria (Malaga). To the beach it is a 10 minutes walk. From almost all rooms and terraces mine has a panoramic sea view. The villa is 20 minutes from the centre of Malaga and 5 minutes from the golf course. From the airport it is about 15-20 minutes. Rincon de la Victoria is the most prosperous town in the province of Malaga and has the only sea cave in Europe.
The property is about 900m² large. From all terraces you can admire the sunsets in the evening and the sea of lights of Malaga and Rincon at night or watch the arrival of the cruise ships in the harbour during the day. On clear days you can also see as far as Africa. On the pool terrace there is a pergola of about 50m², which offers a pleasant sun protection. You can watch the hustle and bustle on the beach and hear the waves crashing.
