Very peaceful natural setting and exceptional view on the Pic Saint Loup (the local mountain). Three terraces, one covered with 30 m2. Bright living room of 50m2 with open kitchen equipped new. Washing machine in the laundry. 3 bedrooms (1 downstairs, 2 upstairs) with double beds. 2 bathrooms (one upstairs with WC, one downstairs without WC) and separate WC downstairs. Several shaded parking spaces in the garden. The house faces South East and stays cool in summer.
Pets possible - to discuss with the owners. Attention, we rent our 6 hens with the house, they will treat you with their fresh eggs in exchange for your good care (very simple: open them in the morning and close at night, give water and grains at will, that's all).
The village of Saint Martin of London (3 min by car, 10min by bike) is a medieval village living with shops (3 grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacy, doctors, ...) and peasant market on Sunday, about 25 minutes from the center from Montpellier, and 50 minutes from the beaches.

Superb overlooking the Pic St Loup, a beautiful rocky mountain nearby. Three terraces including a large 30m2 covered terrace. Spacious and light 50m2 living-room with a newly renovated open kitchen. 3 rooms - 1 downstairs & 2 upstairs - with double beds. Two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) and one independent downstairs toilets. The house faces South East and remains fresh in the summer heat.
Animals may be accepted - please ask the landlords. Please note that we have six chickens with the house; They will offer their eggs against a bit of care - but they are not demanding.
The neighbouring village of St Martin of London is medieval, with a beautiful church and cloister from the eleventh century, a lovely market on Sunday morning, and local wine producers - all amenities (bakeries, groceries, wine saler, pharmacy, doctors , ...). It is located 25 minutes north of Montpellier, and about 50 minutes away from the Mediterranean coast.
