The quiet and family-friendly holiday home is centrally located between the center of Burhave (600m) and the beach (800m). The North Lagoon (900m), the play barn (600m) and numerous restaurants are nearby. In Tossens (11km) there is a water park and Bremerhaven can be reached with the Weser ferry in 15km.
The holiday home has a spacious living / dining area. There is space for a large family or group at a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo machine, oven with ceramic hob and microwave. There are plenty of dishes for 10 people in double Ausührung. In the kitchen or Dining area is a large dining table, a breakfast bar and a bar table with bar stools. In the living area is a box spring sofa with two beds each 80x 200m, also convertible as a double bed. The house has a satellite system with two TVs, a DVD player and a music system and a bluetoth receiver.
The downstairs bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms with sleeping arrangements for a total of 8 persons and another bathroom with shower. For 2 more overnight guests, mattresses can still be provided.
On the property of 750m ² there is also a garage with bicycles in different sizes, which are however somewhat older date. For the kids there is a tricycle, bobycar, a tractor and two scooters.
A garden house contains a comfortable seating area and children's toys. A barbecue is available. In the garden is a large lawn and two terraces with plenty of seating and loungers. A plate swing and two smaller swings are available.
The house also has a cellar, in which the heater is housed. There is also a room with drying rack, ironing board and cleaning materials. A safety deposit box for valuables is available. A baby high chair, two high chairs and more chairs are available here.
