Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: You get what you have paid for. Don't have any expectations. The place is suitable for a short term stay rather than a longer one (in my opinion). The host was responsive so all good on that end.

Negative: Walls are paper thin so you can hear almost everything. Even though I am a heavy sleeper, I couldn't sleep during the first night because someone was walking down the hallway for hours and slamming doors - but that's not the host's fault. The floor is also squeaky a lot (a minor inconvenience due to the loud sound). If you are travelling alone, beware of the location. The neighbourhood looks a bit sketchy so I wouldn't recommend walking there alone at night. Also, since there is no air conditioner and only one small window, it can get hot a lot, but the host also made it clear there is no air conditioner so you should expect that. What someone else suggested - it would be great if you had ventilation at least.
