Please note that while guests cannot access their booked rooms until the regular check-in time, the indoor water and spa facilities can be accessed upon arrival (subject to wait times), due to maintenance work, "whitewater river" is closed 05.05.2025 until 28.05.2025 included. due to weather conditions, opening may be delayed until 6 june 2025 at the latest. during this time, the water slide tower, jungle splash and water slides in the lagoon are still available to guests, please note that a bath robe can be rented for a fee and a deposit.guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
