This well located property is only a 20 minute drive from Alicante airport and 10 minutes from Alicante city.
On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with an integrated hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine etc. The lounge is roomy, bright with comfortable sofas and satellite TV. The dining area is large enough to seat up to 8 people. There is a generous family bathroom on this level also.
On the first floor is the main bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This room is elegantly furnished with mirrors, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside lockers. The second bedroom is sunny and has one double bed and one single bed with plenty of storage space. The third bedroom has two single beds. There is another family bathroom with full size bath on this level also. In the basement there is a large bedroom with three single beds. Brand new linen and towels are supplied throughout the property.
From the first floor there is access to an outdoor terrace which is supplied with a table and chairs where you can unwind and relax over a sangria or two!
The exterior of the house is ideal for a large group as there is ample space to chill out and relax by the 8 x 4 metre pool. If you like al-fresco dining, there is a built-in outdoor BBQ available to try out your culinary skills. The property is supplied with sunloungers and a patio table and chairs. For your convenience there is an outdoor shower located at the pool area.
Safe and secure parking is available at the property as there is an ample space for several cars.
