Positive: Location, parking included

Negative: - The floor was very dirty, we were with kids (luckily not toddlers) and everyone socks and/or feet were black. It also felt very sticky and disgusting which is a bit ironic as they have "house rules" of not wearing the shoes. There was no bucket to wash the floor so I think they just vacuum it. Also the dishes did not look very clean. - The locks for the bathrooms were nightmares, very old and the only way to get out if someone opens you from outside. Everything is very old and outdated, the walls and doors are full of suspicios spots. The table and chair move a lot when you use them. The curtain rail fell twice. Basically it had a reform a long time ago (that you see in photos) and nothing has changed - The host was a bit late and knew we were arriving by the car but gave us the wrong address and was insisting it was correct (the address of the building instead of the car park entrance) so we had to do 3 circles in the car. Quite stressful. - The instructions to leave were clear but wrong: leave the key and just close the door. But we could not get out of the car park after that. Also I was blamed that I should have known that - again lack of instuctions from the host who knew we have the car (we didnt use the car during our stay since its close to the center and in the end was unnecessary).

Summary: Do not recommend - dirty, outdated, and the miscomunication from the host
