The Space:
You enter the property through the electric gate that leads on to the driveway and garden which extends to the back of the house where you´ll find the private pool.
You enter the house through the conservatory into the living room and American style kitchen.
On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and family bathroom.
As you reach the first floor you are greeted by the landing with built in wardrobes leading to easy access to 2 well sized double bedrooms both with updated en-suites.
One of the bedrooms have a balcony with overlooking the private pool with stairs going to the solarium.
There is airconditioning in the lounge and the double bedrooms.
The Neighborhood:
Within 5 minutes walk there are numerous bars, different nationality restaurants and a large supermarket.
You are a few minutes walk from the nearest beach and the Nautilus Restaurant and Bar.
Getting Around:
A car is not essential, however if you wish to explore the surrounding areas it is beneficial.
There are bus stops within a 5 minute walk, which will take you to Cartagena, Torrevieja and Alicante. There is also a local bus service which will take you to Zenia Boulevard.
