Good day and thank you for your interest in possible first holiday in Steinatal / Harz!
Mind. 90% of all holiday guests were very pleased with the accommodations and the free leisure facilities in the house and it is constantly working on the remaining 10%, but as we all know, you can not please everyone unfortunately.

Shared use of the hobby / fitness area (billiards, kicker, darts, air hockey, multifunction machine, crosstrainer) is free but must be booked prior to arrival, which also includes free use of bicycles, tandem, scooter, e-scooter, segway Ninebot and for the Zweierbob steering slide applies. Insurance labels for the scooters and the Segway are to be carried and brought by yourself.

The tenement house, Bj. 1967, is located on a 700 sqm plot in a green dead end directly to a stream and surrounded by mountains and forest. 1 bedroom with two bunk beds (each 80 x 200, 4 people) and kl. Cabinet, 1 computer tray with 1 notebook (on request)
1 hall with mirror
1 kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery + cutlery
1 sanitary area with washbasin, WC, shelves and wellness shower (2017)
1 balcony with lounge seating
Apartment upper floor:
1 bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200, 2 persons), 1 cot (on request), 1 gr. Sliding closet.
1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200, 2 persons) and a pull-out tandem bed (two lounging areas each with 90 x 200, 2 persons), 1 seat, 1 monitor with Playstation.
Access to the balcony on the upper floor.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200, 2 persons), clothes rack, 2 bedside tables

Possible and possible sharing if available:

directly located at the house, a creek and mountainous forests, and approximately 50 meters from a large adventure playground with 'aerial runway', etc! In the opposite direction is a large public and covered barbecue area with rustic seating areas for the entire family and friends, mini golf and a sports field, which can be rented privately for special occasions. Not far away is a free climbing wall and a massive outdoor table tennis table for the public and free use.
In the immediate vicinity of the Ravens mountain with ski sled departure is (about 600m long), ski runs and ski lifts appropriate, an indoor games paradise, an ice rink, a water park, a small lake with pedal boats, etc. In Alternative resort Bad Lauterberg is the Hausberg cable car, as well as the large Odertalsperre.
