Positive: The location is great for exploring the city.

Negative: On the first morning of our stay, two out of three of us had a shower and the drain must have been blocked, as there was water all over the bathroom and kitchen floor after showering. We spent over 1 hour cleaning it up and let the apartment people know. We sent them photos. They came and looked and must have unblocked the drain which is great. However, instead of saying that, they made out that we must have been lying, that there was nothing wrong in the shower and that there wasn't any water in the apartment as the furniture was fine. I again explained that we cleaned it up and spent over an hour doing so. I found the way the company handled the issue was terrible. They could have just said thanks for bringing it to our attention, we have been to the apartment and the drain was blocked and we've sorted it. Here's a little something for your inconvenience. Instead they made out we made it up.
