The Space:
This is a well-appointed apartment in one of Paris's most prestigious neighbourhoods. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds with superior quality mattresses. The first bedroom faces the courtyard and the second faces the street. The living room has a sofa-bed. Both full bathrooms feature a shower and toilet and are accessible via the hallway. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. A clothes washer is available for your convenience. The apartment is heated electrically throughout; please note there is no air conditioning.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM via self check-in, simply collect the keys at a nearby location. Late arrivals between 7:00 and 9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM to 12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We're flexible when we can be, just give us a heads-up!

A refundable damage deposit of €1,000 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with platform's policies.
