Accommodates up to 6 guests, Solymar is in a fantastic location for you to take full advantage of all the Costa del Sol has to offer from beaches to mountains, golf, tennis, kite-surfing, shopping and entertainment.
The apartment has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms both furnished with single beds, bedside tables, desk with chair and built in wardrobes. The main bedroom has fantastic sea views and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a well appointed bathroom adjacent. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with modern units & Spanish granite worktops, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave and ceramic hobb. A large arch from the kitchen opens to the lounge area with great views of the terrace and sea beyond.
For comfort the lounge is air-conditioned with a leather sofas and two sofa beds (one is a double), modern oak furniture, flat screen TV, DVD player & WIFI. A glass dining table with seating for 6 allows you to dine inside on cooler evenings. Push back the sliding patio doors to the large patio with sun awning and terrace beyond, there you can relax on a lounger, dine alfresco at the 6 seater outdoor table or rest on the patio sofas with a chilled drink.
A short flight of steps lead down from the terrace to the garden and from there you can access the gardens, outdoor pool & sandy beach beyond. Playa Real is a secure complex with a resident gate access to the beach. If mobility is an issue, there are short flights of steps to access both the apartment and beach.

Further along walking east brings you to Cabopino with a delightful marina, several restaurants and ‘Andy’s bar’ on the beach. Walk west and you can make your way all the way to Marbella town along the new passio, with many places to stop on the way for refreshments.
